Gratitude changed my life.
As clichéd as it sounds, finding things to be thankful for was a huge turning point in my life. At a time when I hated myself, hated my life and hated the world, those little moments of gratitude saved me. Each thankful moment acted as a little ray of light in the darkness, and every day grew brighter and brighter as time went on.
Today – right now – I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for many reasons…
I just received the final proof copy of the first ever Wild Sister book: Wild + Precious, and the paperback will be released on Monday.
The eBook is already an Amazon bestseller and has also made it to the top of three different Hot New Release lists.
I had a fun-filled weekend with family, my husband and a very dear soul sister. We cooked healthy, delicious food, drank coconuts, listened to 90s music, watched documentaries and laughed too many times to count.
The sun is shining as Summer begins to set in.
There’s just so many reasons to smile.
I truly believe one of the best ways to express gratitude is to pay it forward. So, this morning I created six printable gratitude cards for you.
If you’re celebrating Thanksgiving this week, I’d love for you to print these, write a little note of thanks on the back and hand them out to your loved ones.
If, like me, you’re not in the US and don’t celebrate Thanksgiving, I still invite you to print them out, write on them and give them away. Give them to the special people in your life. Leave them for strangers to find, like in a book in your local bookstore or on a seat on the train.
So much love + gratitude to you, my Wild Sister!
