The new April issue of Wild Sister Magazine is here, and it’s all about Creativity!
This issue is a special one: it’s my last as Editor-in-Chief. After this issue, the awesome Shai Ford will be taking over, adding her own wildness to it.
It’s going to be weird, not creating the magazine every month. But when one door closes, another opens, and I’ll be seizing the opportunity to give more time to writing stories.
It’s appropriate that this issue is about Creativity. Sometimes, to dive deep into our own creative dreams and pursuits, we have to let some things go. We have to make room in our lives for the people, activities and experiences that light us up and make us happy.
I feel like I should be finding this transition more difficult than I am. Like I should be sad to let it go, or scared to pass the responsibility onto someone new, but I’m not.
I know this is exactly what I’m meant to be doing.
I know Wild Sister Magazine is in good, loving hands.
I know I have an exciting path ahead of me, one that offers more freedom to stretch my own creativity.
I’m excited to take a step back and let Shai work her own creative magic, and I’m looking forward to enjoying Wild Sister Magazine as a reader, instead of as Editor.
Peek inside this beautiful new issue here.
