The Self-Love Challenge is currently underway in the Wild Sisterhood and one thing we’ve talked a bit about lately is the chakra system and how it relates to our physical, spiritual, and emotional well being. Part of self-love, and loving yourself, is keeping your chakras in balance.
For those who are new to chakras, they are energy centers located throughout your body. Not only does each energy center relate to certain physical and emotional functions, but they all flow together as your vital life force energy. When your chakras are cleared and balanced, you feel really great inside and out. When one or more of your chakras is out of balance, you begin to have physical and/or emotional symptoms and it can affect your other chakras as well.
Each chakra has it’s own list of traits and ‘symptoms’, but here’s a general list of some of the most common symptoms of your chakras being out of balance:
- Depression and/or anxiety
- Feeling of being unsettled
- Reproductive, fertility, or menstrual issues
- Lack of self-confidence
- Lack of self-worth
- Problems in relationships or with self-love
- And so, so many more!
